^ As topic, although Chen is selling Peach and Apple tree seeds, im not too sure how to plant them... can anyone tell me ???

Trees are easy. They just require a 1x1 square of land (I planted my only tree thus far in a 9x9 patch of land just to discover I didn't need that much..... ah well...) Then water it every day until it's fully grown.

My lone peach tree got blown away by a snowstorm during its first winter... --; So they are very sensitive to the elements.

Thanks for the quick answer, i didnt realized that after its fully grown, its going to still take up 1 square... another question though, if it only takes up 1 square ... is it possible to grow them like normal plants ? Like in a "Fat C" shape ?? or can you not grow them beside each other ?

I don't think so. =/ Though the trunk takes up only a 1x1 square, the branches and stuff make it wider at the top. So if you plant them too close together, they probably won't grow.

I'd reccommend to play them at least 2 or so spaces apart. (You could try 1 space apart but that might be pushing it.)

Thanks, since in this version.. with the addition of grass drying up... i guess im going to use most of my field for growing stuff... but depending on the size of the Green house, im thinking of using my whole field for trees XD~ So i gotta plan for that

I found a solution to the blowing away thingy!

So, just as an experiment, I put many, MANY branches and rocks around my tree. (When I say many, I mean like a 12x12 square of branches and rock awesomeness.)

It worked! I had to pick them all up to get to my tree afterward, but hey, when your tree keeps dying and your really annoyed by that point, it's worth it.

most people do but they save the day before the blizzard/typhoon and see if the results are to their liking. If not, load and see again. I can see that your trick might work but it's a bit annoying if you expect fruit after a storm...
