Dude. That's totally her full name. That's why she gave Ann such a short name - she knew what it was like to have to try and cross-stitch that mouthful on a pillow during Home Ec class.

I think his name is really Doctor and that in the other games he changed his name to get Elli to fall in love with him.

No they are not the same people. In the original japanese game they are the mineral town peoples descendants. So even if natsume wants to say they are one and the same, originally they are different and so what happens in the original is canon to the series.

However, all of the other FoMT chars have the same name, so presumably Tim would still be Tim in DS.

Ricardo is a spanish name too!!!!! Unless you were hispanic like me, you would kno that!!!!!!!!!! Anyways how about Gerald, thats like geraldo, but more americanized.
