Well congrats! But you have a weird game, because you shouldn't have needed 30 notes. You probably got everything else the day you got 30 notes too.

no
i got gwen to 10 hearts in fall sometime (year1)
i upgraded the house to level 3 spring 21(year2)
i got the big bed spring 22(year 2) and the mayor didnt come the next day
then i found the 30 notes on spring 23 (year 2) and then the mayor came and i got the blue feather. Gwen and I got married spring 25 year 2

So you proposed the day after you got the blue feather? I thought you were so eager to get married...
Well, if you got your dates right then your game is rather odd.

i was eager to give her the feather and get married but it was the flower festival the day the mayor told me about the blue feather so i couldn't go see her and maybe my game is gliched or something cuz i needed the 30 notes.
