Doctor is the doctor in Mineral Town. Alex is the doctor in Magical Melody. Joe is Woody's apprentice in Magical Melody who fishes a lot.
Seriously, how much money could Joe earn to support a family compared to Alex?

I like the doctor the best in Magical Melody better. He seems just more mature and compassionate then in the others.

I've seen all the rival events except for Eve and Dan's. Alex and Gina's event was funny. It showed that Doctor is forgetful and hadn't changed his coat in 3 days.

Agreed. Overall they make a better looking couple, but then again he is the best looking doctor so far in the Harvest Moon games.
