oh yeah, i'm starting a clairexdoctorxcliff fanfic. everyone knows claire and the doctor are totally in love, so the whole village is shocked when she ends up marrying cliff. but even in the hm world, feelings don't exactly die so a love affair follows. that's the basic plot so far. still working on things. but i need some help on it...

first of all, who are dr. trent's parents? in hmds it says that dr. hardy is the father, but any ideas who the mother may be?

yup, the usual patients (jeff and lilia) are pretty much his main vessels for gossip to start out before manna spreads its all over.

hmm they never tell you the parents of any of the adults =/

well, dr. trent did mention his parents were a doctor and nurse. and dr. hardy does say dr. trent is his son, so that makes sense. i wonder who the nurse was...oh well.

but besides him, other than the other familial ties already established (ex. lilia is popuri's mother) they pretty much leave you in the dark

Actually, Dr. Hardy mentioned he was LIKE his son.

idk...they do kinda look similar to me, so after dr. hardy said that, i always assumed they had a rocky father-son relationship where he wasn't reallie around during trent's childhood. and then once trent grew up, they came to see each other in a teacher-student light.

at least that's the way i picture things...

It's about Muffy. I don't really know why I am doing so, as Muffy is my least favorite bachelorette in HM ds. The details are still a bit hazy, but I think I'll pair her with Griffin.
