I just proposed celia, but she's alway's saying no

she has more then 60000 LP, her heart is compleet red, so i dont know what to do now...

You have to see all the heart events before she wil agree to marry you.

The kitchen because she wanders to the kitchen to say something about cooking.

i'm not sure, but i think the kitchen is necessary to get all the house expansions.

and you can still see all heart events no matter how high the girl's heart level is.
