Like straight-foward and all <3 They really aren't supposed to admit actual feelings until the confession.

The confession is at six hearts. Therefore, there's nothing wrong with them admitting their feelings afterwards.

Well usually if you look at the older Harvest Moon games where there is marriage involved they don't directly say I love you, but something like..."You are so awesome!"

Which is kinda weird and upsetting.

i hope that i can get kotomi as my wife. this is what i think it should be:
Roomi: A.J., are you home?
A.J. nods and let's Roomi in.
Roomi: You know that boy that looks like a girl named Juli?
A.J. nods.
Roomi: Well, if you didn't know this, he made fun of Kotomi at a young age and...well it changed when she married you, but she's afraid of him. I want to kick him out of town, what should I do?
A.J.: I don't care, do whatever you want to him. I already hurt him by taking Kotomi.
Roomi: Hooray!
Roomi leaves.
The next day:
A.J.: A letter? From the mayor!
Letter reads "Juli was found dead last night, an emergency funeral is called."

i know it wouldn't, i'm just showing how much roomi hates juli. i wonder if she told kotomi to refuse when juli proposed to her?

Juli: "Kotomi... Hey, why haven't you worn the outfit I gave you? It definitely fits you♪"
Kotomi shakes her head.
Juli: "What, does that mean you don't like my choice?"
Kotomi hesitates and then turns her back on him.
Juli: "[Or] is it because you're still mad about the past?"
Kotomi shakes her head.
Juli draws closer to her and gets angry.
Juli: "Look at me and speak!!"
Kotomi turns back to him.
Kotomi: "......?"
Juli: "Wh, what, I," (sweatdrop, backs away and turns away) "I'm not nervous! What, do you not trust me!?"
Kotomi walks up behind him and gets quite close.
Juli: "D-d-d-don't touch me, you old hag!"
"!" over Kotomi's head, she runs away.
Once he realizes Kotomi fled, "!" over Juli's head and he looks over his shoulder.
Juli: "Aaaah, wait!! I didn't mean that~~!"
Roomi appears.
Roomi: "You came to pick on my sister again, didn't you!?"
Juli: (crying) "You don't understand~~! I came to propose to her!"
"!" over Kotomi, who is still nearby. She blushes.
Roomi: "You love my sister?"
Juli: (nods) "I l-l-love her, of course!"
Heart over Kotomi's head.
Roomi: "Seriously?"
Juli: "I'm fully 120% serious!"
Heart & sweatdrop above Kotomi.
Roomi turns to her sister.
Roomi: "[so, you do] after all. Sissy, if you choose to believe him?"
Kotomi nervously walks up to him and a big heart appears between the two of them.

It seems to me that Roomi is okay with it if Kotomi feels the same way.
