Ohh when I think of all the things you could change in a different rated game >w< fun.
I remember loong ago there was this topic in the Other HM section about a game sort of like that. You could also let your chara be lesbian or gay. But most people didnt like the idea back then and so the guy left the forum. Wouldve liked to have some updates about the game D:

a lot of things could be different when then game is rated m, you could grow marijuana, divorce your wife, go score with the ladies, get drunk at the bar, show interactive cut scenes that shouldn't normally be shown, etc...

now that's a game i'd play. not to mention

1. running a meth lab to earn extra money
2. showing the wedding night scene
3. find out how you and leia actually have children (athough i'm still sticking to my dolphin theory)
4. cheat on your wife/girlfriend
