What can you do whit the hot springs?
discover some sprite's and what more?

ya! go fishing in one! you'll find a sprite! ^^
also if you visit the hot springs so many times you get another sprite!
i think the visits have to be at least an hour long though ^^

They heal you. And they get sprites for you.

You can also make Spa-Boiled Eggs in them by throwing a chicken egg into it. :3

the hot springs heal fatigue only as far as i know. they've never healed any stamina for me.

The first hot springs(by the circus grounds) heals about 60 fatigue an hour.
The second hot springs(by the goddess pond) heals about 60 stamina an hour.
