Channal 3 has never worked why?
it never activated himself too

i got 20 sprite's if you mean
(now i got 60 actualy but i never saw it)
I've got the EU version

you cant watch it because they make it become disable in EU version, not glitch

Wow, they really removed a lot of things in the EU version... O_o I was unaware channel 3 was removed.
