Hi! I bought the Rune Factory guide book recently, and stumbled upon something interesting. There have been cases of people trading seeds over Nintendo Wi-fi, and seeds higher than level 10 being obtained. The problem comes in when they plant the seeds, they only show as a level 10 crop. The guide book said that no matter what the level of the crop(higher than 10 of course), it will always be worth a level 10 seed. The only reason then to trade seeds over Wi-fi is for the fact knowing that you have a 10+ level seed. I hope this helps some of you out, and saves you some time. Thanks for reading.

I also did this same thing, and was sorely disappointed when I pulled up level 10 strawberries that I thought would be my filthy rich scheme

Not if you are expecting to get more money out of the higher level seeds.

So whats the point of raising a seed over 10 except money?

Very true. But it's also a pain to do trades though, when you can only sell that item only

my gold mine=mining, i have 999999 incomes already just from Ruby, and i didnt realized it until i checked my shipping list

but lvl 10 strawberries are pretty good incomes already, arent they?

Yeah, I am liking mining in Clemens a lot. Level 50 rubies at 15 mining skill <3

I know, level 10 strawberries are more than enough. It's just that I had all this mental image of me standing over my level 100 sweet potato field, raising my hoe in victory...

Wow, that was kinda stupid of them to do that, make a Wi-Fi trading thing to go over 10... and then not have lvl 10+ crops.

You do get more money, because selling back the seed to vendors would be 100xbase sell-back price.

Except it's way too much work. Although, I guess it depends on what the base price is. Trading gems might be worth it. Or equipment.

I wonder if higher level equipment would make a lot of difference in its stats
