I set up my Wi-Fi and im happy to say it works 100% of the time *knocks on wood* Belkin wireless router is love <3 Its cheap and easy to install~
Maybe you have to go near a busy place like a school or net cafe.
I know for example at my school, the internet is locked so nothing with internet capabilities can use it, but the college across the street has easy access.
