Small question; I don't find how much wood I have on my stash ? I don't even know where I got the wood I have atm..?

Push start to go in the menu and choose the 4th tab which is the farm's tab. On the top screen you should see how much wood you have. You collect it everytime you chop down a piece of wood. You do not get it in your hands liek older gmes. It automatically teleports in the stock.

Can we clear stocks as well ? Not sure "stock" is the good term, but the bottom of trees.

You need to upgrade your axe t least once. If you do it will be named woodcutting axe. Then each stump of tree ill either need 12 hits or 6 charged ones. I do not know what happens if you upgrade the axe agin cause up to now I upgraded it only once.

Sorry, another question, can I buy lumber somewhere or do I really have to chop everything on my own?

no, you cant
you can only get lumber from chopping woods, thats pretty troublesome

and actually, there's a wood shed in your farm, just go south, before bridge to mist house
