How do I get to the enemy portal which is on the other side of the fence. It is in the room located with the door that opens, and has a portal with slimes. The is a fence which is preventing me from destroying the portal. Please help!!!!

The room you're looking at from the other side of the fence is back at the beginning of the cave.
