What lvl should I be to do Toros cave?

Depends on your skill level and play style. If you play whack a mole (standing still and constantly beating on things, taking damage) I'd say you'd need to be a higher level (20+). If you're really good at avoiding taking damage, I'd say it's safe to go in deeper at level 15+

Either way, I think the boss is better to be taken in the 20-25+ range.

I was around level 17 when I completed Toros and was using the Windfury blade (the one with the green blade). My tactic was to charge at the devices and destroy them before they got a chance to spawn any monsters.

i was around lvl 20-22 when i defeated Chimera,
im wasnt keep on running around and avoiding its attack, since my r button is broken
so most of time im just stay there and keep on slashing, i was using a lvl 2 long sword

but im sure you can pass it easily around lvl 20
