eh i dunno if i can find any answer about that in site, since i cant find it
but i think it still looks like the previous HM
and im sorry i cant really check it myself since mmm im too lazy to play the game now, but as far as i know

stump:
without charge (at least lvl 2 axe): 12 hits
lvl 1 charge (at least lvl 2 axe): 6 hits
lvl 2 charge (at least lvl 3 axe): 3 hits
lvl 3 charge (at least lvl 4 axe): 1 hit

mining stone:
no charge: 2 hits
lvl 1 charge (at least lvl 2 hammer): 1 hit

Boulder:
duh im forgot (bad short term memory)
