Strange Question

On the bottom screen where it shows you, your HP and RP and the two bars that reflect that; right under it. I bought some orange juice from the store at the beach. So I drank it, then this little thing popped up under the bars; it looks like a small apple. Would any of you know what that means? Wished I had the book.

Its some effect from the Juice. Don't know what the apple means, but its something.

Thanks I figured that it was some type of effect, just need to figure out what it is.

the apple mark is just to let you know that the food's effect still with your character
it'll dissappear soon, depends on the food

It's more of a Power Berry then an apple.
And normally in other HM games power berries make you "stronger" in a way. So it may possibly make you stronger for awhile.
