Few questions in the new frenzy of rune factory... :]
1. If you upgrade your tools, do they get better (like if you were watering, it would water more squares) or do they just waste less rp?
2. If they do e.g. water more squares, can someone tell me each level's capabilities?
3. Do you need to charge them if your using e.g. a watering can to water more squares?

1. They become more powerful and liek you said either can water more blocks at once or break a bigger rock with less hits. The tool level doesn;t lower the RN points that you waste. To spend less RN points for example hammer you must level your mining skill or for hoe and waterpot you must level your farming skill.
3. Yes you have to hold down b button until is fully charged or else if you just use it normally it will water only 1 square liek the normal.
