Hammer ana axe!

i'm sorry if my type is bad, and sorry i didn't look hard for this answer. im tired and in pain from surgury. where can i get a hammer and an axe. 
For a hammer you unlock carmite, and till 50 spots with your hoe, then talk to the Blacksmith (thats what site says to do)
And Axe... when Bianca's in her mansion talk to her.
