I cant find any help on where to make/find a happy eggplant. Is it a recipe? If so, how do you make it?

yes it is
get a small kitchen and frying pan from Ivan,
then cook it, it only requires 1 eggplant and lvl 8 cooking skill to get 100% success
but of course, you can already make it from beginning, it only has a lower chance to success but you wont lose your eggplant and still gain some exp
