I'm new to rune factory and just wondering how I upgrade my tools and things. My field is full of tree stumps and huge rocks but when I go to Leo he only offers to forge me the tools I already have. Is there something I need to do first?
When he says he will forge you the cheap axe he doiesnt mean he will make you a cheap axe, he will mean he will upgrade the cheap axe. Yeah i know it sounded weird to mee too since he says I will forge you a cheap axe.
Yes, he offers to forge the tools you already have into even better tools that get the job done much faster and more efficiently, or will produce a much more satisfactory effect(IE; when you upgrade the fishing rod, you can catch better fish).
