So, it was 15 Winter and I went to sleep. Then, Thomas entered my House tryed to give me something from mineral Town, but could not so leaved. What's this?

It's like Christmas day! You need a stocking though-from Nina-if she's alive, if she's not then you get it from Galen.

also it doesnt happen on the 15th its the 24th of winter when he comes and puts a present in your stocking.

Yeah. I befriended Nina to 255 FP (not sure if it's just over 200 though.) talked to her inside her house in the winter before the 24th, gave her large yarn, she knitted me the sock.
