Ok, let me do some translating. I must warn you, it doesn't include any new shocking revelations from what I've read so far.
First Scan:
Animals - Take care of your cows and chickens and they give milk and eggs (DUH!), but you can also befriend wild animals. If you do, they'll even move into your farm. Give the wild animals their favorite food to increase their affection towards you.
Friends - Talking to the villagers and helping them out will allow you to befriend them. Newbies can talk to villagers to learn how to play the game. There's also a diary that'll keep track of everything you've learned.
Game - Plant crops, water plants, help people... blah blah. Nothing important really. They're just talking about the most basic « Cow Poopoo » that you should know like the back of your hand by now.
Second Scan:
The Islands - You live on a chain of 5 islands and you can also see "whatever island" (no idea what the name is) if you look out at the sea. Players will experience the life of a farmer to its fullest. When somedumbfuck comes to visit, perhaps something special might happen.
Main Characters - Choose between boy or girl.
Island With Tablet - There's an island with a mysterious stone tablet on it. It contains some kind of secret.
Wi-Fi - You have have up to 4 people simultaneously trade « Cow Poopoo » through Wi-Fi.
Town - The villagers live on 2 of the islands. The island on the left full of shops that sells the essential goods, while the island on the right contains places like a restaurant, hospital, and even more people.
The Sun Stone - Now this is where things finally get interesting. You can get stones and cause new island to raise up from the ocean floor. There are tons of sun stones to find! You can get a lot of them from the villagers. Once a new island appears, get on a boat and go check it out!

Well, the game isn't due out for over a year, and since it's a direct sequal, they don't have to remake the graphics for the characters just yet. Give it a few months and we'll see new art popping up.
It might seem silly and a waste to implement outdated art, but it speeds up programming becuase the artists don't have to rush their work to keep up with the programmers, or vice-versa. That equals a cleaner, more detailed, andless buggy game.

Someone would think that puzzle de harvest moon was made in japan. I mean, it seems only the japanese would make a game THAT strange, no offense toward Natsume...Cherubae wrote:Puzzle has never been released in Japan.Christopher wrote: And they will be releasing 2 more this month so they are catching up to the Japanese versions.
Puzzle De Harvest Moon and Innocent Life (PS2)
After that it's the long awaited HMDSFG in Q1
Pure IL does not appear on Natsume's web site as "coming soon", nor is it available from online retailers. I would imagine it has been postponed until next year.

I think by might delay it though, Marvelous does have there hands full, with other games like RF2, and IN:P, and all the other games they make.Cherubae wrote:eighh.... what? The game comes out this Winter.Lackofclover wrote:Well, the game isn't due out for over a year,
http://www.mmv.co.jp/game/ There schedule does look busy for me.
I predict pre-orders in early winter on sites like play-asia and yesasia, and a release in early spring, or late winter.
(well, thats still winter, but whatever)
Sun Stones sound interesting, but I wanna say that some of the islands might just be there for foraging use and the like.
I also wanna say that the stone thing on that one island will be used for either
A) Connection between ToP, and HM:Sun
B) Something to do with sun stones like "Collect all the sunstones, place them here, and ____ will happen!"

Rune Factory 2 is being produced by Neverland and is published by MMV. If you mean "IN:P" as "Innocent Life: Pure", that came out last March.Thejellofarmer wrote:I think by might delay it though, Marvelous does have there hands full, with other games like RF2, and IN:P, and all the other games they make.
Wada is working on King's Story, Hashimoto is doing Steel Princess, but that's not to say that they don't have a part in this remake and recycling the graphics from their other game.
