I would really like to know all there is about this game, so could someone please explain what it's about, and such(I know what the HM games are like, I just want to know the point/BG story on this specific one...)

you (mark/chelsea) go with a ship->storm->ship wrecked->you wake up in the beach in some 'deserted' island->Taro and his family greet you, because they are actually find a place to start a new life, they decided to stay->it looks like that some people are actually lived in this island before->you stay and try to restore the island

You get to play as a boy or girl, If you're a boy you're Mark, If youre a girl you're Chelsea. You live on an Island, and more people come each time you do a specific thing. Like to get Lily to move in, you need to catch 50 fish. It's not really simple, but you can get to it. and everything else, it;s the same as other HM's. They have heart colors. The girls you can marry are Julia, Lily, Chelsea, Ceffiena,Natalie,Julia, and I kind of forgot the rest, the boys you can marry are Vaults, Mark, Danny,Eric,Siba and so on. to find out who you can marry and the characters they are here: www.fogu.com/hm7

a family, two kids, a mother and a grandfather, and a stranger (that's you.)are shipwrecked on an island with no supplies.the grandfather used to be a retired farmer, so he suggests you make the island prosper once more.
you can play as a boy or a girl, and have many clonish characters.
anyway you can marry (boy)
ceffina.:mining co.'s presidents daughter.she's shy and looks almost exactly like mary.
chelsea: the other protagonist.
julia:the bar girl.she loves animals,so is new(still kinda like gwen, though)
she's athletic and is cheery.
lily: a bubbly formal idol.she's rather stuck-up, and good at fishing.
natalie:the girl who's shipwrecked with you.very tomboyish, the perfect opposite to her brother.
witch princess: same as in hmds.

danny: a fisherman and kai clone.nuff said.
eric: natalie's shy, polite and cowardly brother.
mark:the male protagonist.
pierre:a childish- looking gourmet guy.arrogant and short-tempered, but fun.
shiba: a wild man. he's a perfectionist and is a little shy.
vaults: shy and mean, like gray. he's also negative and surly, and an animal lover.
