Siba and Wada

I've see on the Ranch Story website that Siba can talk normally (When he talk about himself, he speak a the 3rd person) and i see Wada can hardly talk, but are they talking like that in the game ?

I have an other question to they who have the game.
Its we learn much about they, like why there on the island and live like that in the forest ?
