In RF how long does it take to have a baby?

150 days, no pregnancy, no birthing scene, it just appears.

Not to mention you can't name it unlike the previous HM games.

It angers me how they hold back certain game features they have introduced before. Perhaps it's a marketing scheme in order to boost RF2's demand.
