Rumor has it Mini Dragons in Greed drop the seeds, though I don't of anyone who has managed to get it. If you beat the game, you can buy them.

You can buy the seeds from Jean's shop after you finish the main storyline. I think the green dragon in Greed might drop them also.

Ehem...
the emery flower is by sertain obtained after kiling the dragon u ar talking abaut BUT!!! You only gain a seed... And u can only buy the seed from Jean after it but is cost oh i think it was 20,000 gold or more and it will take i am sory to say.... 150 days to grow the flower...
If u go to this website

and look for this name by scrolling down u will fined it or u look for items and look up the Emery flower or Emery Seed and fined the time and it will say it will take 150 days to grow as well as the Green Cry Seed will take 100 days witch needs to grow on MT. Giga!!! i now suckes!

thanks, how do you raise rosetta's heart level? i have given here about 50 strawberries in her house and her LP didn't go up...

This page might help you. It says that gifts (like strawberries) should raise her love points. And I think I read somewhere that shipping things using the shipping bin should raise her LP too. Hope this helps.

i visit the shop every day and talk to her, her fp goes up once in a while
im pretty sure i got emery seeds and its 120 days to grow. cry seeds are 90 days to grow
im pretty sure i got the emery seeds from the green dragon in greed
i got the cry seed from those stupid plants on mt.gigant
