Vaughn, definitely.
Then maybe Elliot, Denny, Witchie or Julia, if I'll ever start a second file. Will looks like a nice guy but I don't want to marry him, just become friends. ._.

File 2: Mark/Shiba! Will's like a rich-boy version of Mark, sans the cap/hairstyle. Shiba was absolutely adorable in IoH, especially in the proposal and the wedding ceremony... <3

Right now I'm thinking Witch/Shea, since those are my favorite characters in IoH, so I should marry then in the better game!
However, once I see the sprites of the new ones who are added, I may change my mind and marry one of them. Or if I ever buy the English game (I just ordered the Japanese), maybe I'll marry the new SS&F specific ones there or something.

I will marry will, which is why i didn't get IoH. Cause will wasn't in it, so alass, i am patiently waiting for SSaF to come out.
