After unlocking every island ( and gettign Mark / Chelsea )
You can go back once more and theirs 1 last island to raise.

After raising this the town gathers together and celebrates with fireworks causing the credits to role.
The credits scroll on the bottom screen and on the top screen the title is their and each character slowly marches along.

You wake up at 6am the next day.
