Game questions.

Alright, I just got my game and I've got a few questions:

1. When can I start getting the sun stones?

2. How do I upgrade my tools? Is it through Chen or Goran?

3. What's the bar under the stamina bar for?
Edit: I figured the bar out I think. It's hunger right?

1. You get your first sun stone on the 8th of spring I think, whatever day the first festival is

2. It's actually through Charlie, but you have to buy better tools through Goron

3. Yep, its hunger

I don't mean to double post but it'll bump up my topic. I have another question. When having Goran build things, is using wood alright or will that fall down easily like in Sprite's Station?

Wood is perfectly fine for Goran. The other types of lumber are used for your house item upgrades. For example, if you build a stone tool box then you can hold more tools inside of it.

Ah I see. Then I'm gonna get a house upgrade as soon as I have the 200 lumber. Thank you.

you act like you're shocked on how much chocolate is, that's how much it's worth in other games aswell

I haven't played harvest moon in a while (no, haven't played Island of Happiness)... but I seem to recall that it was much easier to get money from the older harvest moons... so 100G in this game is worth definitely more than 100G in the last games... ESPECIALLY in the first year or so

Alright, I'll give them those. I just have them, Ariella, and Roven to befriend and I'll have befriended all the people I've met so far. I still need to unlock quite a few people and befriend the regular people without character art but that shouldn't be too hard.

Edit: I tried using the Japanese Wiki but it gets confusing translate through Google. I wanna upgrade my tools. I know you do it through Charlie but what do you use? Ore? Also am I the only one that finds the mine annoying? I've gone in, dropped down a hole, and had over half my stamina taken away.

Edit2: Tools are upgraded with wonderful stones aren't they? I read that's what was used in the last game so it must be this one as well.

Does anyone know what the people with no artwork like? And will they all give me a sunstone after I give them gifts? The Japanese wiki says Nyx and Haira don't but I need to be sure.

I know about that. What I'm wondering right now is if Nyx(Nikusu) and Haira will give me sun stones for befriending them because the Japanese Wiki appears to say they don't when I translate it with Google.
