Don't start over the file you have your game on, start on the other save file -there's two. Just to try it out. All you should have to do is talk to Barley and on the first day afterwards that it isn't raining, he should appear outside your door and give you the horse. Just to test that there's nothing wrong with your cart...
...If he gives it to you, I think your file might be corrupted or something. But I don't really know much about that, could be wrong.

My Game got Erased So I started the New One And Got The Horse so thanks everybody but thats cleared up already so BYE!!!
