OK! i need to know for a fact if ur in teh winter mine digging for cursed tools that if u can get the cursed tools without having a EMPTY SLOT open?? Can i get cursed tools without having an empty slot open in my inventory????

No, you absolutely can not get the cursed tools without having an empty slot open. Where would the tool go? It wouldn't be teleported back to your house.
Yes, you need an empty slot. NEED IT! Same with the Jewels.

alright man, thanks a lot for your help. I got my cursed fishing rod but got no more room for the one on floor 39. thakns a lot dude!
