You get it in an event with Elli if you say the right thing, you're supposed to give it to Stu, if i beleive correctly.

You could get it in BTN. from elli. dont know about FOMT though.

Isn't the band-aid one of two items that were programmed into the game but later removed, so that it can only be accessed through GameShark or another such cheating device?

I think the other was Queen of the Night or something similar.

Yes, the band-aid & the queen of the night are items that you can only give to girls if you use a cheat device, but also you can get the QotN as an event but you end giving it to Ellen.
