It wasn't TO me, but I thought that random event was funny, when Hugh and Kate call Popuri an old lady.

Well, Elli doesn't live in the Valley, but...
Get her up above about 225 FP, and the 2nd thing she'll say to you when you talk to her in the Clinic is:
"Oh, we shouldn't do that in a hospital. I'll go to the ranch next time. Hehehe."
