Everyone who keeps saying the vampire idea is a good one isn't taking into account what vampires need in order to survive.
Since the guy probably isn't going to be murdering the villagers in the Valley, or feeding on the Harvest Sprites {they'd be more like midnight snacks anyway}, the only thing left to feed on is your livestock. >_>
3. a harvest sprite that looks more like a human and is waaaaaaaaaaay taller than the harvest sprites (like the size of your character)
will ferrel the harvest sprite!
(he looks kind of like marlin's kid all grown up lol)

bwahahahaha and if you marry him you have to feed him cows every so often and if you dont takakura comes by 'your husband died this morning, maybe you should of fed him more often, he depended on you... blah blah'

I don't know about you, but my livestock = precious money. If I were to marry a vampire character, he can figure it out himself. There are plenty of random animals that roam around the valley he can devour. X3

While a vampire and/or werewolf might work (them terrorizing your animals as a meet-up heart scene), it's the fact that what you're basing it off of that doesn't work. For me, at least.

The Harvest Lord might be good. I mean, so what if he's bald? There are a ton of men who are still sexy with chrome-domes~
A Wizard might be work, too, considering there's the Witch Princess. And I've always wanted to marry Daryll.
And what about a librarian? Personally, I'm tired of it always being a shy girl who works in the library (if this game had a library). Give me a brainy guy with glasses. Who isn't Rick, as adorable as he is. But then again, he might not be 'special'.
And I've always liked the idea of marrying the farmer boy.
