How do you level up Crops

Do you need the seed maker? Just wondering... I have no idea. I've never gotten a leveled up crop before (even on AWL/AnWL) So I was just wondering how it was done

Ah, thank you. I didnt see that on the site at first... I went back to see where it was (lol, I didnt realize you could click on "Increasing their levels")
