Are there only two kinds of cheese and butter: regular and good?

Milk from a regular cow gives the same kind of cheese and butter as milk from a star cow, right?

That's all I've gotten, but I think that there is a little more detail. Like Normal A milk gives you regular cheese/butter, but Star milk A makes good cheese/butter. I can't remember. But Star A or S milk is worth more without processing.
