Erm. The Fence.
I want to put my cow and sheep outside for a while, but I have a question in my mind still unanswered. For I hate it when my animals stroll everywhere, I want to lock them away in a fence.
Now I have planted grass in an area down on the farm, so I cannot build a fence around it. Some of you maybe remeber the SNES Harvest Moon where you could lock your cowsies away and they STILL ate the mature grass a mile away from the area they were put in. (They must have had long mouths...grazing half a mile away from their bodies :D)
Is that possible in FoTM too, so I don't need to seed their area?

this happened to me once too....to destroy grass permanently, use a hoe...and for your other question, you will HAVE to plant grass within their fenced areas if you dont want them to starve
