I haven't really experienced that side of him (only just picked up FoMT mainly for the GBA connection), and I think he's sweet ^_^ Like I said earlier, Skye does say a lot of sweet things I must admit, but it got a bit too much for me, especially since everyone is going after him, plus I already have him at highest LP/FP, so that's not much challenge, haha!
One example of Gray being nice: In his purple heart event, he forgets about Vesta's order and says that he will not charge her for the delay (I personally thought that was sweet). That's just me, all to their own.

Yes, he is shy but he could atleast not be rude about it, so his not the nicest.
And if a customer came into my store I wouldn't be like "What do YOU want?" I'd be like "Hello, how may I help you?" Dx
