How Do You Get The Band-Aid And The Queen Of The Night. Are These Found Or Do You Only Get Them Through Cheating

the bandaid is only through cheating, and the flower you can get but you have to give it to Ellen, so both are through cheats.

the queen of the night is a flower in a event in back to nature... I am not sure if they removed it though...

Nothing - they're not really part of the game and you can only get them by cheating. See this thread:

The band-aid was from an event in Back to Nature that didn't get carried over to Friends of Mineral Town. The Queen of the Night is from an event in FoMT, but you don't actually get the flower in the event - you give it right to Ellen. By using this cheat you get to keep the flower when you aren't supposed to be able to.
