Notes:
(All based off personal experience, may not be accurate)
Cloudy days give 1 light, sunny days give 2 light, really sunny days give 3 light.
Slightly rainy days give 1 water, rainy days give 2 water, and you don't want a typhoon.
You can only give a max of 2 water a day, unless you have an upgraded watering can.

Crops will pass onto their next stage the morning their requirements are fulfilled. So if something has all of its requirements filled except water... if you water it the plant will grow up the next day. If it rains that morning, and that fulfills the requirement then the plants will already be grown up when you walk outside.

Good job Saccha, I really needed the Strawberry info. Can you post the others, including the trees, translated? Also, does it say anything about getting your crops to S level? I was only able to do it with my eggplants.

I'm pretty sure that the quality comes from getting as close as you can to the minimum requirements. So if you can somehow give them the EXACT amount of light and water they need by their required day, you'll definitely get an S. But since the weather is pretty much out of your control that might take some work, unless you are willing to save and reset a lot.

The info on the trees is a little confusing... I don't have the tree island yet, so I might misinterpret something. I'll get what I can up as soon as possible.

The wiki also has weather probabilities, I'll post them too.

In my experience...

Quality - It will be at max when you give EXACT amount of water. Extra light doesn't drop the quality but the water does. I'm not sure but if I give extra water before harvest them, quality decreases.

Size - It is usually at 5~6 when they can be harvested. Size increases as they leaved. Usually extra 2~3 days after ripe doesn't increase size but later the size increase exponentially. I had to wait about 8 day before S-rank harvest rice. In day 7 it has about 7~8 size point and day 8 it has 10!!!

Achieving S-rank crop in green house is better idea since you can control everything!

I think you made a typo;
shouldn't it be "じゃがいも\ジャガイモ"? I don't think there should be a, "の" at the end.

Anyways, thank you for posting this! ^_^
