I want him to be a farmer but how can I make him like farming more?And where is the mine?

to make him *sorta* become a farmer just keep him around the farm and show him things like seeds and tools and that sorta thing. the mine is across the river from your farm and up to the waterfall it is like a square with a little opening called the door and u go into it but carter has to be in there in order to mine. so when you see him there talk to him and he will give u a scoop so u can mine

Youcan give him seeds and befriend vesta if you want him to become a Produce farmer but if you want him to become an animal farmer give him milk.Not entirely sure but thats how i got him to be intrested in those jobs.
