when u throw something like a crop on da floor why does it just disappear???

y cant u just pick the crop/flower back up and do what you was going to do...???

I know, I think that this is to make sure that you don't accidentally give someone something that they hate.

But I still hate it when I accidentally drop something that I want to give to Popourri or to ship.

Because that's the way they designed the game...

In A Wonderful Life it's different - pretty much backward. You can only give items to people, store them, or eat them. If you press "A" anywhere else, it'll just tell you a description of the item. You have to throw them away in designated trashcans if you don't want them.

I know, I wish we could just store stuff on the ground like that...

Yes but that would ruin the point of hand eye coordination.

I think it'd be cool if you could drop a veggie or fruit once or twice, and it would just bruise, but if you drop it again it busts open or breaks.
but I don't think that would be good for everything...like if you dropped your baby a few times...! or just something like fodder or a ming vase...

True, but they wouldn't redefine the physics of the Harvest Moon universe for a remake on Gameboy Advance. I like the bruising idea though, but it would take some thought - like if you drop an apple on the sandy beach, it won't be nearly as badly hurt as if you dropped it on the bricks in town.

that would be cool though...give the girl of ur dreams asandy apple and a pie with half a brick in it...
