I'm having the Europe version of HMDS. But I think it's really unfair that the American version is way better. I mean, they have taking out a lot of things of the Europe version right? A lot of events doesn't work in my game, I can only buy one DVD at Van's shop, I can't buy records at Jet's shop.. And in Europe, the cute version will never come in the stores.. ._. And no, I can't import it (my parents don't want that) I just wanted to say I think it's stupid that the have taking so much things out of the game..

I feel your pain, as I have the European version of HMDS too!

I think it is really unfair how they took out the Mineral Town link up, especially because I got a copy of it especially for it.

However, let's look on the bright side. The Europe version has hardly any glitches, and we are able to marry the Witch and goddess!

I wonder why CUTE isn't being released in Europe though...

Well, at least your glitch free. There's so many problems with the american one.
Although it would stink to have no records or Cute...
The DVDs stink anyways so I don't think that matter much XD.

First, some events were removed from the English version. Now, more has been removed in the European version. So yeah, it sucks.

Are you supposed to be able to buy more than one DVD? I've only ever been able to buy the one. I never watched it, so that may be why. Isn't it just a picture without words anyway?

I live in Europe and I managed to get an American one, and it was almost glitch-free. Unless there's two or something out…

I'm fairly positive that there are a few errors in the Japanese game. probably not with grammar or translational (obviously) errors, but I seem to remember that a few cutscenes wouldn't trigger. It's just proof that they didn't make a perfect game. With all that's in the DS game (especially compared to earlier games), i'm not surprised that there are some mistakes. But pretty impressed that they managed to get so much of it working right. There are a lot of situations that most algorithms can't account for and alot of situations that they do plan for, we never actually get to in the game.

I'm not sure how much sense that made, but I'm beginning to better appreciate the work that they do.


Sammi, there are many NA versions out. you got lucky with getting one that had fewer glitches.
