I never married anyone on the boy version of DS. But marrying a mermaid - who looks like a child, no less - is kind of creepy. Not to mention having a kid with said mermaid.

When my brother asked me later why I married her, I said:

It took me way too long to realize that Vaults/Vaughn was an albino. I blame anime and games with their overabundance of white haired pretty boys.

That totally explains his grumpiness, if I was that sensitive to sunlight I'd be grumpy too.

He actually has pretty dark skin compared to Will. And Mark, I think. But it is possible to have red/purple eyes without being an albino. I think it has something to do with a harmless bacteria in the eyes of someone with blue eyes. By the time the host reaches the end of their life - assuming they don't die early for whatever reason - their eyes will be bloodred, because the bacteria eats the blue pigment and slowly lets the blood in the eyes show. Vaughn is Julia's cousin, so there's a good chance, he had blue eyes. And white hair is simply hair with no pigment on the outside or in the core, so that could be a genetic mutation from the blond his cousin and aunt have.

To whoever posted about his name being Vaughn and not Vaults(And something about whiney fangirls) I call him that because I can actually SAY it. And meh it's easier to type/remember then Vaughn.

Besides there's a majority of people who call him Vaults because they own/played the Japanese version first you know?

Same with Steiner, I call him both Steiner and Skye. Cause I played the Japanese version first. It doesn't matter what you call them. But when people complain about how he should be called his Japanese or English name over the other then throw in a "Fangirl" insult then that's just childish.

It doesn't matter. All the names are correct.

When the English version comes out I'll call Vaults by his English name as well as the other names that were changed. Though it'll take some time for me to get used to Shiba's English name as that is my friend's nickname and she happens to be a girl.

Vaults is cool though, just not someone I plan on marrying. I'll probably get the majority of his heart scenes or marry him once just so I can get all the scenes and what not. It'll take some time though as I want to play as a boy and girl.
