Magical Melody!! Help

I have had MM for the GameCube forever! And I still am missing three people. I know who they are but, I can't 'unlock' them or whatever!

I know I am missing the one chick who has surgery, Dia or whatever and her nurse. Also, I can't unlock Basil! I have ideas, but none of them have worked.

Can someone at least give me a 'hint' of how I can get these characters.

um...if i remember correctly.....to get Dia you need to ship 30 herbs or become friends with Alex...i think its one of those....

Thanks! I'm friends with Alex already, but I'll do the herb thing.

Dia (unhealthy chick) and Nina (nurse) BOTH move in when you ship 30 herbs.

Basil goes away every Winter, if I'm not mistaken. So if you're in Winter... that's probably why. And I think you meet him at the Lake.

Oh, and to add to that, you have to ship 10 herbs or something for Basil to arrive, so they go hand in hand.
