Well you don't have to see the events for them to get married - but if you don't, you won't get invited to their wedding. You'll have to visit the church everyday and hope you drop in on it.
sorry Covert but you are mistaken....you must see all 4 heart events for the couple to get married. and as for a specific date, no they get married 7 days after you see all 4 heart events
Really, are you sure? I haven't actually seen any rival events or gotten far enough for other couples to start getting married, but I was pretty sure I read that you didn't have to see them, but you just wouldn't get invited to their wedding if you didn't.
