Relaxation tea leaves are good to get your strength back up. You can sell them for 1000 G or make the tea for yourself, but you will need a kitchen. Mary likes relaxation tea as well, so you can give it to her as a gift if you'd like. Later on, you can make relaxation tea leaves yourself without the Sprites once you have a kitchen, so try saving different colored grasses from Mother's Hill and the beach. Relaxation tea leaves are actually quite valuable - they're worth 1000 G. Shipping all the grasses separately would get you 910 G - so it's not that much better, but slight profit nonetheless.
