Those ship dates always confuse me too. When did they stop making the announced date the actual day you can pick the game up?

I know. I was so hoping that today would be the day. I still haven't entirely given up hope. I won't until I call the store and they tell me that they absolutely don't have it. Usually they're pretty good about it though. If they get their shipment today, I'll probably have it in my hot little hands by 6pm.
