Waffle Town looks like Main Street Disneyland, but instead of Mickey Mouse you get a retarded seal mayor with Crisco hair.
And the streets have sidewalks <3

So far I just really love this game....only thing that I don't care for is how fast your stamina and the day goes....

I'm into the first day of Summer and got the quilt. So far the game is pretty addicting, but I never played AWL so all of this is new to me (last one I played was BTN). Currently my Axe and Hammer are Iron, both level 3 and the rest are level 2 (except for the fishing rod). Upgraded my house to level 2 for the quilt quest obviously and trying to get a Barn soon as possible to get a horse. Unfortunately, I didn't get the yams or apple from the Flea Market. I don't think I'll be able to get the first rainbow until late fall when I can plant the apples. If anyone has a solution on getting the recipes earlier (carp, apple, grilled yam, etc.) please let me know; thanks.

I know they sell the grilled yams and apple at the Summer market aswell.
Because i only bought the apple, and mistakenly bought a plain omelet instead of the yam because i thought it was on Daren recipe list, but its actually on Ben's. Silly me.
So im just working on the Good Herb Fish and the Yaams.
So HOPEFULLY i'll have the Good Herb fish by the end of Summer so i can get the Tailor shop on Fall 1st and Not 15th :D
I think the town is absolutely gorgeous :D.
I love looking aat all the buildings.
especially Jin's house :D

I must say after making it to the fireworks festival i love most of the guys so far... I am even warming up to Luke and Owen.
Now if I could get enough money for the oven and make good herb fish i would be happy. I have everything else for the recipe.

Voices = « Puppy Doodoo »
Chloe = « Snuggly Bunny » adorable, her and her piratey-wannabe-ness.
Toby... Is on pot. c:
I have, uh, two or three of the ingredients for the first rainbow.

"« Cow Poopoo », this place is huge!"
I just got the game today, so I'm still having a little trouble navigating around the island. And I can't fricking unlock Maya or Toby. Then again, I didn't try super hard, so I'll just give it another go later. (:

Whoo, finally got it!
The first thing I noticed was, like people have said, the voices... are... well..... The acting isn't exactly bad. But it sounds like they shoved the voice actors into wood barrels, handed them a wireless mic, and said "Ok, now talk!" .... ^^; Couldn't they have cleared up the quality? I mean, its on a DVD for heavens sake. And it isn't like its fully voice acted. PS2 games have better sound then that. Also, sometimes the sound effects or music are so much louder then the speaking, that you can't even hear what was said.
The controls are weird. They stressed about how awesome and inventive the wiimote would be for farming, then they don't even freakin' tell you the motion controls in the tutorial.
But I love the graphics! They're so cute. Disneyland... you're right!!

Well I'm now in day 7 so I got my home and my ranch (I named it Suragi ranch cause the Japanese translation of Tree of Tranquility is Ya
suragi no Ki).
So here my official first impression of the game:
Like I said before, I really do love the game. At first I was a little ticked about how fast the stamina goes down when you work, but after day 4, I notice how less the stamina depletes, so that meant that the more you use your tools, the less stamina gets wasted. And Also like before, I kinda still like Akari's (but no, I
DO NOT like the English default name Angela on her) English voice, but the "Let's Go" voice in the morning kinda ticks me off. But overall, I still love the game a lot. Right Now I'm trying to first the first quilt as fast as I could to meet Chase of course. The mayor already told me the story of the goddess and stuff, so I'm waiting for him to give me the first quilt.
And I still love the sparkle that the bachelors show when you first meet them

*drools*

Okay, I just got the game and played through the three days where you run errands and stuff. I must say, I do enjoy it so far. :3
I've taken a liking toward the Souffle Farm family. <3 Ruth's nice~ I love how happy she was when I told her I would come by to visit sometimes when I was to be leaving~ Craig's a jerk. But I still kinda like him. He pisses me off when he calls me wimp, scrawny, and slacker but I like hearing him praise me. And I've developed the total crack pairing of Craig x Riley (my player's name). *shot to death*
The player's voice doesn't bother me too much. I almost kinda like it. :/ I like seeing her bow and clap and all that stuff. <3 Cute~
Everything's so pretty~ I love the graphics and the town layout with all the streets and such. I have a feeling I'll be getting lost for quite a while... ._.

I think the mayor looks like that guy from popeye. I keep expecting him to say he "will pay me next tuesday for a hamburger today...."
